The beautiful apartment “Haus Buche” is situated in a quiet rural area outside of Überlingen, only a short drive from Lake Constance, and is the ideal location for relaxing holidays in this beautiful area. The 100 m² apartment consists of a living room with a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and satellite television. The apartment is surrounded by green meadows and, and you can start the day with breakfast on the spacious balcony with seating furniture and views of the shared garden with trees and a the “Hödinger” mountain. You can also spend the evenings with a glass of wine and delicious meals from the barbecue, which is shared with the other apartments. A café can be found only 30 m away, a supermarket is located a 5-minute drive (3.5 km) away, a bakery can be found after a 6-minute drive (4.2 km), and there are several restaurants within a 6-minute drive (4 km). From the property, the closest beach, Strandbad West in Überlingen, is an 8-minute drive (4.8 km) away, where you can take swims in the clear blue water and enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain panorama. The charming centre of Überlingen, with lovely architecture, bustling promenades and a thermal bath in a 7-minute drive (4.7 km) away.
